[問題] 醃黃瓜一開始的鹽巴放太多怎辦
如題
最近自己醃過兩次小黃瓜來吃
我看的食譜有建議可以先灑點鹽讓黃瓜出水
第一次口感還可~
但第二次可能太心急,以為鹽巴放多一點會比較快出水
結果這次的擠完出水的黃瓜
再沖過冷水後加了糖、醋拌過的黃瓜
味道變得超鹹!我有試著加水跟多放點糖
再放冰箱兩天的口感還是偏鹹
想請問如果真的不小心鹽巴一開始就放太多
有哪些方法可補救嗎? 感恩
