I am looking for a roommate to share with a TWO bedroom apartment, postdoc/
graduate student prefered
The apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything
needed, dinning room and living room, parking lots for 2 cars.
The bedroom for rent is about 14'x12’ with a dependent bathroom and a spacious
walk-in closet.
The complex has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ.
It’s about 10-12 minutes' drive to UCSD and Scripps (near freeway 52 and I-5.
Near Clairemont Square shopping center (Vons, CVS, BofA, Chase….) and close
to Costco.
Price: $625/month + electricity and internet, around 30$ (water and trash
included in price). The room is available from 27th of December
Deposit: 300$.
