[蛋糕] 櫻花奶油草莓捲

今天去萬大路的果菜市場搬了兩大箱草苺回家
這真的草莓季結束前最後的草莓點心了
不過...兩大箱.......我可能連續做個5天還用不完吧
到時候冰箱裡又要多個幾罐草莓果醬了
這瑞士捲是用自製的草莓醬做成的草莓蛋糕體
內層夾了至少40顆的草莓
奶油的部份混入了我超愛的櫻花醬
整個口味是清爽中帶有著酸甜
我妹邊品嚐邊喊著好吃.連我媽也一連吃了兩大塊
************材料************
蛋白 6顆
砂糖 140G
蛋黃 6顆
低粉 120G
草莓醬 2T
草莓果肉 適量
沙拉油 20G
打發植物性鮮奶油 適量
新鮮草莓 隨意
************作法************
1. 蛋黃打至濃稠後加入草莓醬與果肉.篩入低粉拌勻
2. 蛋白與砂糖打至乾性發泡分次與作法1混合拌勻
3. 作法2加入沙拉油拌勻
4. 180度-->烤12~15分鐘.出爐後倒扣放涼
5. 蛋糕抹上打發鮮奶油後排上新鮮草苺
6. 蛋糕捲起後置入冰箱冷藏15分鐘待成型即可
7. 剩餘的打發鮮奶油可用來裝飾蛋糕
PS.
草莓果醬雖然是紅色的
不過烤出來的蛋糕體會呈現咖啡色的
這是正常的喔~
