[問題] 要怎麼把麵粉攪到沒有結塊?
這是我累積了很久的問題,從一開始做布朗尼到後面做戚風,
我都會遇到「麵粉攪不太散」的情況,
我都是用十字切法,但是麵粉都會結成一小顆一小顆的麵粉糊,得要一顆一顆壓碎,
但我又很怕出筋,所以有時候還有一堆小顆粒就放進烤箱,
當蛋糕拿出來的時候,小顆粒依然健在囧
我想問該如何改善這個問題,我已經爬過文,
知道要用十字切、輕柔、從底部翻上來但但但,就是會有一堆小麵粉糊啊!!
(一開始同學吃到,我還騙他們那是奶油XDD)
這問題困擾我很久,剛剛看到上面有一篇成功布朗尼的文章,麵糊光華沒有結塊,
我終於忍不住奔來問了,感謝各位的協助和回答(拜)
