[閒聊] 台灣甜點界的一些怪現象

常常有些店家,對外宣稱他們用的是比利時或法國的巧克力作原料. 卻不告知你品牌.
法國的巧克力品質好的與品質差的價格差一倍.
通常是用品質好的價錢貴比如V牌的,店家自然不會放著不說.譬如最近遠企香格里拉飯店,
就推出VALRHONA下午茶活動. 那些只以比利時或法國作宣傳的店家,誠意未免不足.
但是也有不少店家,雖然號稱用VALRHONA,但實際只用一小部份,大部分卻使用價格比較
便宜的便宜貨.
不過一分錢一分貨,一個幾十塊錢的蛋糕或一個一二十元的手工巧克力,別想期望能用多好
的巧克力.
最糟糕的是那些欺世盜名靠包裝行銷取勝卻賣高價的店家.
