[問題] 五更腸旺 鴨血太老 大腸很韌
請問一下各位高手
我自己煮了五更腸旺 調味都ok
只是鴨血怎麼有點太老的感覺?
腸子也很韌 好像在咬橡皮筋
不曉得是什麼問題呢??
鴨血和腸子處理切好後我有燙過
煮的過程大概有二十到三十分
請問是煮的太久還是不夠久呀?
麻辣鍋的鴨血也是一直煮的不是嗎??
請高手幫我解個惑 謝謝
