[問題] 冰過的壽司 米好硬
各位好
昨天晚上心血來潮
把吃不完的飯拿去做壽司
(沒有加任何的醋或其他調味料)
做好後拿到冰箱冰
早上八點左右拿出來退冰 打算當中餐
但飯怎麼會硬到難以下嚥?
是因為沒加醋的關係嗎?
我以為調味料只是讓口味變好而已
還是說加了還能讓飯不會變太硬?
