[問題] 糖心蛋的保存
今天做好了糖心蛋,
可是突然想到一個問題..
通常蛋要醃2~3天才會入味,
可是..要不要放冰箱?
可是放進冰箱之後加熱蛋黃就熟了,
糖心都不糖心了== ==
可是這個天氣,
不冰又怕壞掉。
請問糖心蛋在醃的過程要怎麼保存呢?
