[問題] 醃漬用的粗鹽
我常常自己醃製食品,如:蘿葡乾,酸菜,酸白菜....
因為外面賣的不敢吃,但又愛吃
醃漬必備的粗鹽,就在菜市場的食品行買
有一天順口問了老闆,"這應該可以吃的吧?"
他竟回我"不知","反正煮前,都會洗掉,太鹹"
是沒錯一般醃漬品在料理前一定會洗一洗,泡一泡
但我也不想用的不明不白,心想鹽就找台鹽
竟買不到我要的粗鹽,只有泡澡用
讓我心裡愈來愈毛,不知各位去那裡買粗鹽呢?
