[問題] 花生豬腳湯
今天試作,
大概半斤多花生+1.5斤豬腳
問題是
1.煮不出白色的湯
2.豬腳略有腥味
作法是
1.處理花生(花生沒問題就不詳述了)
2.川燙豬腳(水鍋加薑片)
3.加薑片,蔥段,當歸,白胡椒粒
全部放入壓力鍋煮
請問現在還能怎麼救?
好想喝到基隆廟口的那樣白色豬腳湯噢!
