[心得] 水煮蛋剝殼撇步
以前水煮蛋煮好後都有蛋殼難剝的困擾
蛋膜黏得很牢 即便煮好放涼或泡冷水再剝
也都是剝得坑坑疤疤...
有一次懶惰 將放涼的水煮蛋連殼扔進冰箱冷藏
隔天再剝 意外的順手且蛋白都很完整!
現在我都將水煮蛋冰過一晚 再來處理蛋殼
如果是要現吃 這樣做是比較不新鮮
但做滷蛋或沙拉就無所謂了
