[問題] 電鍋煮絲瓜粥怎麼調味?
如題~
今天用電鍋試著煮粥,
一杯米,八杯水,一條絲瓜,一碗香菇,少許肉絲,
外鍋加一杯水後,跳起再悶20分,打開很香也煮的很軟爛,
但是....好清淡!
請問調味是要加鹽嗎?是一開始就加嗎?還是煮好在加然後攪拌?會均勻嗎?
不一開始加是想說之前爬文電鍋煮綠豆湯時,糖調味都是煮好才加怕會黑(是嗎?)
煮粥什麼時候加鹽呢?要加多少呢?
