[閒聊] 新手求救(水餃問題)
剛開始學習自己打理三餐的自己,昨天看完版上的水餃食譜後
興沖沖跑去菜市場買豬絞肉跟大白菜 水餃皮回來包.
沒有設想到後續的手續,包完後外皮還有點濕濕的狀態(手藝很差肉汁有點流出來)
也沒有撒麵粉 就把水餃十個一袋裝好,扔進冷凍庫 打算當晚餐(有十袋)
剛傍晚打開冷凍庫拿出一包要煮,是完全結成一大塊的慘狀,皮跟皮之間界限已完全泯除...
我還是不死心的先用冷水泡一下再煮,當然完全煮不開,只好撈出來用平底鍋
加點油弄碎,再加水和青菜 弄成一碗麵疙瘩(?)
想請教版上大大,剩下的九包還有別的料理方式嗎?嗚嗚
我不想太常吃自己煮的麵疙瘩XD
