[問題] 食材能先切好分裝放冰箱冷藏嗎?

例如我想做青椒炒豬肉
需要的材料有:里肌肉片、青椒、蔥段、蒜片、薑片、辣椒片
我想預先準備三份,每天拿一份出來使用
就先把青椒、蔥、蒜、薑、辣椒這些材料洗好切好,再分裝成三份放冰箱
想請問這方法可行嗎?會不會容易腐敗或變質?
若要分裝的話,是把青椒放一袋、蔥放一袋、蒜放一袋這樣好
還是可以通通放一起,但是分三等份這樣?
再請問一下,肉片可以直接分三份,放在三個碗裡醃,再用保鮮模封起來嗎?
還是說放塑膠袋裡分裝比較好,要用之前再醃?
