[問題] 蛋黃酥內的鹹蛋黃
大家好,
因為中秋節將至,陸續收到許多禮盒
蛋黃酥是大宗
但由於我不喜歡吃整顆的蛋黃
想請問我可以將蛋黃酥裡的蛋黃留下、
拿來做金沙料理使用嗎?
像是金沙豆腐、金沙菇菇這類的?
還是會因為已經烘烤過不適合二次高溫使用呢?
