[問題] 配飯料
我又來了各位。
最近喜歡做配飯料,像是肉燥、咖喱、牛丼、辛奇肉絲、麻婆豆腐那種,而且在收汁的時候
一定要加豬皮丁,這樣我冷藏一鍋料,要吃時用勺不僅好挖,洗鍋時也很方便,因為凍把油
都帶起來,鍋不會油膩膩洗到爆氣。
把料挖進碗底,用冷藏白飯鋪平,強火微波,也因為飯壓很緊,豬皮不會炸開噴到微波爐。
求好吃的配飯料食譜!
