[問題] 肉絲蛋炒飯
請問大家
肉絲是不是剛開始熱鍋後,加油到鍋子裡
先炒到變色就先起鍋
接下來炒飯完要起鍋前才將肉絲再倒入鍋裡翻拌均勻
再起鍋肉絲才不會炒得太乾
昨天全程炒,後來覺得肉絲吃起來很乾
