[閒聊] 不失敗煮粥法
之前在飯店工作
大廚教的方法
需要的器具是一個有鍋蓋的鍋子
1.
先用大火把水煮滾
2.
不關火加入白米 (洗好或沒洗皆可 飯店是沒洗直接倒米喔)
3.
避免白米沾在鍋底所以用湯勺稍微攪拌一下
4.
等水再次沸騰後蓋上鍋蓋 (關火)
5.
大約悶三十~四十分鐘(需視份量斟酌時間)後就有一鍋不用顧也不怕燒焦的稀飯嚕!!
以前也常為了煮粥人要在旁邊顧覺得很煩
隔水煮很費工
直接煮又常一個不小心就燒焦
自從學了這一招後
再也不怕煮稀飯嚕>////<
