[問題] 家中長輩吃素的問題
大家好,
不知道這個問題能否在版上請教,
如果不能再自刪,謝謝~
我媽年紀很大了,
只要我不在家,她平常的飲食就是~
早餐:五穀飯+昨晚的剩菜 ,
午餐:一碗白飯+一份青菜+一顆荷包蛋,
晚餐:一碗白飯+一份青菜+半塊盒裝豆腐,
讓我很擔心,每次跟媽媽溝通,
她都回我,她每天有吃一顆蛋及半塊盒裝豆腐,蛋白質就很足夠了!!!
如果再溝通,她就會說我給她壓力....................
因為我人在外地,沒辦法每天買素菜放冰箱~
但只要我回家,就會發現她都這樣吃...........
真的很苦惱!!!
我不排斥吃素,但覺得我媽這樣吃會營養不足啊,
大家能不能勸不勸我媽呢?
還是..我太多慮了嗎?

覺得她吃素後,反應變得比較遲頓,身型比較瘦,
但她平常會安排活動,不是一整天都待在家裡,
有健康檢查,沒大問題,
有買堅果及十穀粉,芝麻糊,亞培安素.植物性的蛋白素,維他命,
堅果的話,她都說要等餅乾吃完,才要吃堅果,就是要一樣一樣的吃,
如果要她泡十穀粉或芝麻糊,她就直接當早餐,不吃五穀飯了,
亞培安素完全沒開封,因為也是要先把十穀粉及芝麻糊吃完...
蛋白素則是捨不得吃...常常提醒她要泡來喝,
但她都說有吃蛋及豆腐已很足夠,再泡蛋白素或吃維他命會太浪費....
反正就是原本要給她當補充品,都變成她正餐的代替品,唉...

疑?
就是植物性的蛋白素,450g就快1千元的那種....
不是高蛋白粉嗎?(那修改一下,不好意思)
成份是大豆蛋白質,豌豆蛋白質,大豆卵磷脂,
但我媽也很少泡~
