[問題] 幫朋友購買機票用 Paypal
因為朋友信用卡額度很低 不能夠刷航空公司網站機票
現在請我幫她代刷 但為了避免後續隨機抽驗問題 想到用 Paypal 處理
不知道現在地勤會請你當場登入來驗證否？ 有這樣的機制嗎？
還是目前僅單純驗卡而已？

有的條款如下:
We accept debit cards and ATM cards (also called check cards or bank cards).
You can use your PIN with these cards if they are enabled for the use of PIN
online (for billing address in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin
Islands).
In certain cases, as a security measure, customers who purchase tickets
(either for themselves or for another person/a third party) using a credit
card with a billing address in Latin America or the Caribbean (except Puerto
Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands) may have to go to an AA ticket office before
travel begins, or to the airport (where the itinerary is originating) on the
date of travel, to sign the sales voucher as payment acceptance so that the
passenger can board the flight. Review the Latin America and Caribbean Local
Purchase Conditions for third parties.
