1.的部分,之前去上課有提到農藥,基本上都是脂溶性
換句話說,茶湯是不會有的,但葉子裡還是會有
農藥是否驗出跟檢驗方法有關,以前是只驗茶湯的
所以脂溶性農藥不會析出,也驗不到
後來採歐盟標準以後,會將茶葉乾磨粉去做檢驗
這樣做脂溶性農藥也是驗的出來的
第一泡倒掉其實跟洗農藥關係不大,也洗不出來
反而是跟茶葉如果是半球型及球型形狀有關
半球形及球形茶葉,第一泡若要倒掉,就是潤溼泡
這樣後面茶葉比較泡的開
當然你也可以選擇不倒掉,像我就都不倒掉了
與其說喝茶湯會吃到農藥,不如說吃茶葉入菜的吞進肚子才比較有機會
2.的部分,冷泡茶反而會讓茶中苦澀的物質不會析出
平地及高山茶喝起來會比熱泡好喝,倒沒有哪一種一定不能用冷泡的道理
3.如推文網友所述,剛烘完的茶,要看烘的程度
如果是重火,炭培味很重的,建議開封後擺一陣子再喝,時間要是烘培度而異
如果是輕或中火,烘完比較偏甘蔗輕甜味的,可以馬上試試看
