For best results, use an electric mixer. Let stand approx. 30 minutes. 2.For the filling,cream butter whith sugar and egg yolks. fold in drained baker's fold in drained baler's chheese, vanilla, salt, lemon zest and jouice. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixtrue. Lastly,add rinsed and towel-dried raisins. 3.Melt butter in a large akillet. Ladle in about 1/8 od the batter and tip the skillet slightly to cover bottom with batter. Make a total of 8 "Palatschinken"or crepes over moderate heat intil both sides are golden. 4.Spread cheese mixture over each individual crepe, roll and serve dusted whith powdered suger. 這是vienna 的 recipe 跟法式的crepe稍微有點不同 怕翻譯意義會有點出入 索性把原文打上 請見諒 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.116.38.98
