我的戚風一直失敗>"<
先po配方:
蛋黃兩顆
糖5g
蜂蜜10g
打發後加入
油20g
牛奶25g
酒5g
拌勻
再加入
低筋麵粉30g
玉米粉10g
泡打粉1/4小匙
過篩拌勻
最後
蛋白兩顆
糖25g
打發後將蛋白糊分2次加入蛋黃糊劃圈方式混合
150度烤40分鐘
結果.......
超大失敗阿阿阿阿阿阿
表面有點太焦
皮好厚>"<
沒有好好澎起來
或者說先爆頂再塌下去
而且感覺沒全熟QoQ .......皮好厚了耶!!!!!
戚風所有的問題我幾乎都有
有沒有人可以救救我的戚風>"<
