[問題] 速發酵母的保存
之前都是使用小包裝的速發酵母 一包大概可以用兩三次
最近比較常做麵包 所以有在考慮同品牌的大包裝
我想問的是
1.開封後會影響酵母的活性嗎?需要盡快用完嗎?
2.如果開封後應該要如何保存?網路上有的說要放冷藏有的又說放陰涼處即可?
