[問題] 餅乾底黏在盤子上
在好久之前我有在板上問過大家
為什麼我做乳酪蛋糕的餅乾底 會散掉
甚至蛋糕體下去的時候 餅乾還會浮起來
都按照方法做了
烤過了 冰過了 照樣給我散掉= =+
有人說可能奶油不夠
於是乎 我又試著多加奶油進去
變成餅乾和奶油比例是1:1
結果 他還是散掉了 囧
我有用力壓阿>"<
(我做的是要用烤的乳酪蛋糕)
後來
第二天我改做免烤起司蛋糕
一樣比例是1:1
結果...
第二問題產生了= =
餅乾底太黏盤子...
整個是用"鏟"出來的
囧
我真的不知道該怎麼做
才可以讓餅乾不散掉 又不會太黏盤子 脫得難看
我看好多人好像都沒這問題的說...
餅乾底真是我的罩門嗎...
