[問題] 失敗的派皮,有啥改造的方法?
因為在下我很愛吃賣當當的蘋果派
所以想說來做看看
可是在第一步混合低粉和奶油的時侯
就因為腦殘沒看清楚食譜,沒備冰水
就變成一大團黃黃的了
應該是奶油融了
依照google來的食譜
和手上的書的說法
這樣應該會讓派變的不酥吧
請問有啥替代品可以不浪費這麵團呢?
或是有什麼辦法補救?
還有那團的材料是
奶油150g
低粉100g 法國粉100g
水80g左右
鹽和糖各半小匙
目前狀況
奶油好像融了,整團變黃黃的了
但還是一團沒有散開
想說 明天買高粉
趁他冰的時侯捲一捲做"類可頌"搞不好可以
或是硬著頭皮摺一摺繼續烤蘋果派看看
