[問題] 新手購買手持式攪拌器推薦
我有先大概爬文一下
有好多人都推薦三箭牌的
但我身邊友人則是有兩個都是用鍋寶,用到現在好幾年都還沒壞
可版上好多人說容易壞@@
不知道怎麼選啦......
請大家給點意見..
我只有要拿來打發蛋白,或是鮮奶油
頂多偶而會打發奶油,但這個我用手打發也行
不用功能強大到打麵糰,我老家有厲害的桌上型攪拌器了
所以這個攪拌器希望是CP值高的,不要太重

我家桌上型攪拌器是這牌子,所以我想說這牌子手持式的應該也不錯用吧!
而且攪拌棒都是304不鏽鋼的

但都沒什麼人推薦...

後來我買了KENWOOD
用了以後在來跟大家分享一下~
現在還不太會蛋白打到發泡,前幾天在家裡用桌上型的打到濕式發泡整個打好澎
於是輕乳酪蛋糕整個大失敗.....hahaha~~~
不曉得桌上型的機器是不是會把泡打超大@@?
