[問題] 千代田瑪德蓮脫膜
請問大家千代田的模用久了是否越來越難脫膜?
相同的配方之下,
自己的經驗是前幾次完全不沾,
然後漸漸出現一些沾黏但還可接受,
到最近好像有一點要失控的跡象,
不曉得究竟發生什麼事了。
因為變得會沾,若要連續使用就必須把上面焦焦乾乾的屑屑洗掉,也太不科學!不曉得
是不是洗久了傷到矽膠層。
求解!
另外,操作時亦發現麵糊退冰程度明顯影響成型跟上色,
但目前還抓不到最佳時間點,
請問各位前輩通常退冰都退多久或是到哪個狀態呢?
