[問題] 檸檬老奶奶加奶油時間點
第一次做檸檬老奶奶,
用的是下面的食譜,

這配方是先全蛋打發,加融化的奶油後再打一下,在加麵粉
做的時候發現加完奶油再打,消的很快

後來看到這個網站分享

說要先加麵粉,再加奶油會比較好~~
想請問大家這兩種方法口感上會有什麼差異?
哪一種比較不容易失敗?
