[問題] 請教關於柚子&檸檬&塔
各位大大好:
小弟想把檸檬跟柚子結合成一道甜品,目前想到的點子是柚子塔搭檸檬醬,這裡的柚
子塔是指把柚子「果肉」鋪在塔皮上。目前看到的做法大多是在「烤好的」派皮上加卡士
達醬再鋪上柚子果肉,想請教的是:
如果我將派皮(冷凍的)跟柚子果肉「一起」放進烤箱烤,行的通嗎?會不會柚子果
肉出水結果毀了派皮呢?還是柚子果肉上先抹上糖粉可以協助封住汁液?
小弟是烘焙新手,還望各位先進不吝賜教!
