[蛋糕] 千層蛋糕練習的好崩潰啊!
最近迷上千層蛋糕,之前失敗兩次是麵糊口感不對,同事試吃覺得像「粿」我整個悲劇T_
T
後來爬了一款麵糊皮吃起來蠻柔軟,但材料雞蛋用量有點驚恐要5顆!以為這次沒有問題但
是鮮奶油用量經驗不足,抹的不夠多!冰起來後麵糊把奶油餡都給吃光了......所以是「很
乾的焦慮千層蛋糕」。
<麵糊皮>
中筋麵粉150g
鮮奶250cc
溫水175cc
奶油60g
雞蛋5顆
適量鹽巴
糖(依個人可放可不放)
再來是悲劇鮮奶油
我的比例應該只能抹10層
但是我硬是要把他抹到26層
想說奶油很膩啦!沒差!!
殊不知鮮奶油霜在千層蛋糕裡面真的好!重!要!
所以比例就不分享了而且我原本想加入當季百香果
然後鬼遮眼找不到,索性加入抹茶粉,然後變得我在惡搞鮮奶油霜=_=
跟大家一樣也是一層一層的煎
覺得大火比較快速適合我^_^
