[食譜]香料酥烤明蝦

今天買了大草蝦
想到冷凍庫還有未吃完的法國麵包
所以就想到做這道簡單又好吃的料理:)
材料:草蝦數隻
各式香料
(我今天用了羅勒 奧勒岡 迷迭香 黑胡椒等
可以用義大利綜合香料代替)
酒 一大匙
生菜
麵包粉
(可以自己利用吃剩的麵包做)
作法:
1.草蝦剝殼去腸泥
2.把蝦子用酒跟各式香料醃漬備用
3.把醃好的蝦子均勻裹上麵包粉
4.送入烤箱 烤約10~12分鐘
5.生菜切絲擺盤 把烤好的明蝦擺上去 便大功告成!!
裹上麵包粉再去烤 是為了讓蝦子有酥脆的口感
少了油炸這個步驟 多了健康 也一樣好吃呢!
