[問題] 螃蟹的保存方法
今年大年初二想要做個紅蟳米糕,不過紅蟳應該是除夕前一天就購得,
這樣應該怎麼保存比較好呢?
直接凍起來,煮的時候是常溫退冰後在一起蒸嗎?
還是將紅蟳米糕改成鰻魚米糕會比較實際呢?
