[問題] 怎麼做菜市場賣的水煮玉米
我本來很天真的認為買一樣的糯米玉米+電鍋蒸
就可以跟菜市場常看到的水煮木米一樣有綿綿的口感
但我蒸出來的玉米都超脆超爽口(?)的啊!!
(很像玉米罐頭...)
請問是有什麼特別的技巧嗎?
還是說一定要用菜市場那種大蒸籠才行呢...
(我用電鍋都是2~3根玉米加1杯水,再悶半小時)
