[問題] 自製果醬一定要用玻璃瓶嗎??
在網路上找到的食譜大多是用一般旋蓋式的玻璃瓶,
我想優點應該是可以整個丟進去熱水裡加熱消毒跟密封
請問若是用玻璃樂扣盛裝是否也可以呢?
除了蓋子不能丟進去加熱之外,應該密封效果也不差
到底是因為什麼原因大家都用玻璃瓶呢??
