[問題] 做出來的麵包好像發糕的味道..
大家好!這也是我第一次在ptt上面發言 有點緊張>__<
我是做免揉麵包 想說這對初學者而言應該比較容易上手
(因為以前做過一般麵包 完全失敗了 Q_Q)
這次做了免揉以後 還在烤整個家都是酵~母~味~
我的作法是把做好的麵團冰在冰箱裏面16小時以後拿出來
然後再把麵團放在室溫下大概1小時左右
出來就跟發糕一樣的口感= = 但他都已經乾乾的了...
想請問大家我是不是有什麼地方做錯了ˊˋ
