[問題] 蘿蔔糕跟碗粿的差別?
今天第一次試著做蘿蔔糕,結果不小心水加太多,成品感覺很軟,還好還是有成型。

但成品整個長的很像碗粿,聞起來也超像附近賣的碗粿,忽然疑惑,蘿蔔糕跟碗粿的差異
在哪裡?一個較軟一個較硬?
為什麼想做蘿蔔糕會變成碗粿呢?
