[問題] 請教手工水餃的準備
餃子皮:
中筋麵粉+鹽+冷水
這部分應該沒什麼問題
內餡:
預計十人份
考量到家裡冰箱的容量
約包300到400顆
絞肉2斤不知道夠不夠?
肥瘦比3:7恰當嗎?
猶豫要不要切薑末壓腥味
想用白胡椒粉替代薑末
內餡打算用豬絞肉+紅蘿蔔+大白菜
+香菇丁+玉米粒
買不到大白菜的話可能用高麗菜
以上有需要修正的嗎?麻煩各位了
