[問題] 外國人容易接受、放涼也還ok的菜?
最近考慮去參加一場文化交流活動,
(順便推坑愛煮菜的大家一起來XD
只要帶菜餚就可以免費入場!

想問問有沒有什麼外國人普遍接受度高、而且放涼之後風味也還ok的料理?
另外,
我離活動場地有一段距離,會需要一些交通時間,
很怕菜涼掉了或運送過程導致賣相不佳...可能需要比較不會變型的料理QAQ
目前爬過先前大家的文章,有幾個選擇,但還沒有一個定論,有點苦惱啊~
蒜泥白肉
皮蛋豆腐(豆腐可能會晃到碎掉?而且皮蛋看起來很怪XD)
茶凍(要有很多容器...)
涼麵(醬汁的味道不知道其他民族是否尬意)
春捲(有點麻煩...XD)
滷味(真的要滷的話,可能會滷牛肉或滷蛋)
不知道大家還有沒有更好的料理意見?
另外主辦單位當天會準備以下料理,所以要避開類似的:
燻烤野生烏魚子、北海道大干貝、鮑魚雞肉煲湯、魷魚螺肉蒜、南瓜炒米粉、古早味蘿蔔
糕、好味香料雞、洛神酸梅汁(干貝、蘿蔔糕、香料雞好像是有料理過程示範)
再麻煩大家集思廣益了...orz"
(沒想到還沒決定真的要去就讓我煩惱成這樣...)
