[問題] 熬湯的時間可否用打成汁取代
大家好 有件事困擾我很久
很多外面的高湯都標榜熬多久
加水果及其他天然食材 中藥類...
為何不直接打成汁 或者直接加入純果汁
以前看過阿基師煮魚湯把魚頭魚骨直接打成汁
所以才想問哪些食材能這樣做
