[問題] 如何拯救洋蔥湯
剛剛炒了兩顆洋蔥
炒到後來鍋子焦底蠻嚴重的
所以就換了另一鍋加入鴻禧菇續炒
炒到菇出水後就停止了
最後加了白開水滾了10分鐘後停止。
但是喝起來總是少一味,
男友則說湯太甜了...
(我只有炒的時候加了一點點的糖,比鹽還少)
我對湯的濃稠度不在意
請問有人能教我如何救救這鍋湯嗎?
(我那個焦鍋還放在旁邊泡熱水,難道該加焦鍋水進去嗎囧
