[問題] 適合吃全熟的牛排部位
因為家人有特殊原因,牛肉只能吃全熟,
所以想問牛排比較適合全熟的部位。
煮法可烤可氣炸或煎,肉的來源是全聯、costco及lopia。
會考量此點,是因為有些部位全熟就是不好吃。
有些人應該會覺得只要是牛排,不管啥部位,全熟就是不好吃,
所以不必問了,隨便買不必太好的肉都可以。
但就算是不必太好的肉,熟度對部位的影響跟差異應該也是有的,
同樣是全熟的牛排,不好吃的程度因部位的不同也會有差,
所以重點就是相較下比較不難吃的全熟牛排應要選擇哪個部位比較好。
有人也只吃全熟牛排的嗎?
