[問題] 已經煮完的牛肉湯有腥味怎麼去腥
最近吃朋友煮的牛肉湯覺得腥味較重
雖然事前有把牛肉先川燙過 再搭配八角之類的香料煮 但還是有腥味
請問各位版眾高手是否知道
已經煮好的成品能怎麼簡單方便的去腥?
本魯魯對此經驗不多……
加米酒?醋?薑?蒜?再重新加熱嘛?
