I cannot see any problem in the English sentence.
That is speaking... you don't have to ask reason by always starting a sentence
... Do you know why....
If you think the problem is 'their', then it is correct.
Suppose if you cannot use their because everybody is singular...
What you are going to use there? her, his and its? or all of them...
This usage has been written in books...
If you think the problem is 'XXX', sorry, I cannot comment this.
