看了食譜很心動
(照片看起來超好吃的啊!)_
自己很想試做看看
不過我家沒有鮮奶油 也沒有煉乳
而且想做給長輩吃 (長輩有膽固醇過高的毛病)
想請問版上的高手們
如果只用鮮奶
把配方上的鮮奶油改成450g的鮮奶
凝結度會不會不夠呢?
在網路上查到大部分的布丁食譜都有使用鮮奶油
如果不用鮮奶油的話
配方裡其他成分的比例是否也要跟著更改呢?

: 細砂糖 10g (這是減糖配方,做出來不太甜)
: 吉利丁 3片
: 先把吉利丁以冷水泡軟備用
: 把鮮奶和鮮奶油混合並隔水加熱
: 加入細砂糖
: 以及泡軟的吉利丁加入攪拌直到吉利丁完全溶解
: 這樣就可以裝到容器內冷藏使其凝結即可
: 吃的時候加桑葚醬或喜歡的果醬都可以
: 芝麻口味的就在配方中多加入適量的芝麻粉
: 今天還做了咖啡口味,步驟跟上面一樣,
: 不過就是多加了咖啡粉,咖啡口味也很好吃喔,
