[洽特] 請教我品嘗可麗露?
其實很想要試試可麗露
印象中曾經在市售店面看過,不過都是匆匆的來匆匆的去,沒機會買到
今天出門恰巧有機會被我給逮到,就買了兩個回去品嘗(常溫的)
嗯.....就是和我想像中的口感差很多,回家之後也估狗了可麗露的文章
發現大家對它的評價...很高級...難道是我這隻烏龜只能吃大麥...不懂吃好東西
問我家姐姐....我姐說她也不太喜歡 <----難道我姐也是烏龜嘴
我想要請問的是:
1.我覺得可麗露的質地和一般蛋糕真的不太一樣,應該算是蛋糕或是麵包?或不能歸類?
2.我買的可麗露,店家同時放在開放式冰櫃以及常溫的架上販售
請問可麗露品嘗的時機應該是低溫還是常溫呢?(這個我沒有估狗到答案)
3.可麗露的硬焦底、油與甜的程度,讓我無法將它歸類於迷人的甜點
請告訴我可麗露迷人的地方在哪裡呀?
