[問題] 貝果的外皮
今天看食譜做了兩個貝果
但是烤出來的外皮是硬的,也沒有光澤>"<
外皮壓下去會有酥酥的感覺...
是火侯沒有掌握好嗎
我用210度烤20分鐘,有預熱
但是扣掉外皮,裡面吃起來的確是貝果的感覺
