[問題] 檸檬乳酪蛋糕,是太綿密了嗎?

很熱愛奶類製品!
參考了版上fangbear前輩的重乳酪蛋糕配方,自己參考carol的份量按照比例
換算減量成6吋模的修改版,做成了一模外表還算蠻漂亮的蛋糕(有上色,也不焦)...
但是不知道是哪裡出錯了,做出來的乳酪蛋糕卻十分紮實綿密,綿密到幾乎無孔
縫,接近雪花糕,卻又不如雪花膏軟嫩,硬度就跟一般重乳酪差不多,但吃起來
卻沒有乳酪蛋糕特有的"鬆"綿感.....
而且乳酪味主觀認為不像外面賣得一樣香。
所用主要材料品牌如下:--皆好市多購入
cream cheese: Raskas
鮮奶油: 外盒像總統牌(但不是),用完丟了
無鹽奶油: Lurpak
還請各位前輩不吝賜教,如果可以建議材料品牌的話就太感激了>”<
