重乳酪蛋糕.... 不就是扎實綿密嗎??
重乳酪蛋糕有鬆嗎? 鬆鬆的還叫做重乳酪蛋糕嗎??
什麼是乳酪蛋糕特有的"鬆"綿感呢??
是指重乳酪蛋糕該有的鬆綿感?
還是把其他乳酪蛋糕(例如輕乳酪蛋糕)的鬆綿感套用在重乳酪蛋糕上呢??
因為自己對乳酪蛋糕吃的不多, 也沒啥研究,
加上搞不懂原PO的意思, 所以問問看到底什麼是重乳酪蛋糕特有的鬆綿感呢??
