[問題] 蛋糕的保存(冷藏)
昨天做了戚風蛋糕,
家裡當時只有兩個人,我就等冷卻後,放入冷藏,
剛剛拿出來吃,呈現失水狀態~~(乾又硬!)
想請教大家自製的蛋糕是不是也會有同樣的情形呢?
為什麼蛋糕店的蛋糕可以在冰箱保存那麼多天卻又綿密鬆軟呢??
